Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for enrollment, candidates must meet the following:

  • Be at least 21 years of age

  • Hold a High School diploma or GED

  • Have current CPR & First Aid certification

  • Have at least two (2) years of work experience in a licensed child care or early education setting

  • Provide documentation of a clear Criminal Background Check

Program Tuition

Total Cost of Program: $575.00

Includes:

  • Full Director Credential Training

  • Access to online platform and course materials

  • Assessment tools and evaluations

  • Official Director Credential Certificate upon completion

Payment Options

  • Full payment at time of enrollment

  • Request for customized payment plan (subject to approval)

  • A renewal fee of $150.00 is applicable for participants renewing their

    credential after the designated renewal period.

Refund Policy: Fees are generally non-refundable. However, exceptions maybe made on a case-by-case basis in serious or extenuating circumstancessuch as: 1. Medical emergencies (with documentation)2. Natural disasters 3. Unforeseen family hardship.

Participants requesting a refund must submit a formal written request to theProgram Director.

All decisions will be reviewed within 10 business days andare final.

Texas Director Credential Candidate Application Agreement will be sent via email once payment is complete
