Purpose of This Notice

Dynamic Processes & Systems (DPS) protects the privacy and security of learner records.

This notice explains how DPS protects learner records and how learners and participants may request access to their own records.

How DPS Protects Learner Records

DPS keeps learner records in approved systems and limits access to authorized personnel only. DPS does not share learner records without proper authorization unless required by law. DPS may verify identity before providing record access.

Your Rights

Learners and participants may:

  • request access to their own learner records

  • request correction of incorrect information, when appropriate

  • contact DPS with questions about learner records or privacy

How to Request Access to Your Records

If you would like access to your learner records, please submit your request through the official DPS learner record request form or official DPS learner support email.

What to Include in Your Request

Please include:

  • Your full name

  • Your contact information

  • the course, program, or learning event title

  • your completion date, if known

  • the specific record you are requesting

What DPS May Ask From You

Before providing records, DPS may ask you to verify your identity, confirm request details, or clarify which record is needed.

DPS may delay or deny access if identity cannot be verified or if the request is incomplete.
