Pre-Registration Information Disclosure & Acknowledgment Notice

Before completing your registration, please review the information below.

I. Membership-Related Registration

Individuals registering for DPS Membership are automatically enrolled in the associated training program offered during their membership period.

However, membership does not automatically guarantee a Certificate of Completion.

To receive a Certificate of Completion, members must:

  • Attend and participate as required

  • Complete all required activities and assessments

  • Meet the stated performance criteria

  • Submit required evaluations

Certificates are issued only after successful verification of completion requirements.

II. Non-Member Event Registration

Non-Members registering for a one-time training event must meet the same participation and completion requirements in order to receive a Certificate of Completion.

III.Non-Discrimination Policy

Dynamic Processes & Systems (DPS) is committed to maintaining a professional, respectful, and inclusive learning environment.

DPS does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, age, national origin, disability, or any legally protected status.

This policy applies to all aspects of registration, instructional delivery, participation, evaluation, and issuance of Certificates of Completion.

Participants are expected to maintain professional conduct at all times.

IV. Instructor Disclosure

All instructors must disclose any financial, ownership, or proprietary interest in any product, service, instrument, device, or material referenced during a training event.

If such an interest exists, it will be clearly communicated at the beginning of the learning event and reflected in applicable program materials.

This ensures transparency and protects the integrity of the training.

V. Intellectual Property

All training materials, presentations, manuals, digital content, recordings, and supporting documents are the intellectual property of DPS or are used with proper authorization.

Participants may not copy, reproduce, record, distribute, modify, upload, share, or reuse any materials without prior written permission from DPS.

Unauthorized use may result in removal from the program and denial of certification.

VI. Privacy & Records

Information collected during registration is used solely for:

  • Program administration

  • Communication related to the training

  • Verification of participation and completion

  • Issuance of Certificates of Completion

  • Secure maintenance of required training records

Records are maintained securely in accordance with DPS procedures.
